Yemen is an undiscovered pearl which lies hidden in the southwestern corner of the Arabian Peninsula. It has spectacular mountain scenery, green oasis and windswept rocky deserts. 'Garden in Harat Shukr quarter-2.'
In Sana each city quarter (harat) has its own city garden (bustan). As the gardens are mostly situated in the vicinity of mosques, the radishes, onions and fruit trees in the bustan are irrigated with water from the same wells that supply the ritual washing basins of the mosques.
