[GERMANY.THUERINGEN 30327] The Baroque ballroom (Festsaal) in the west wing of Schloss Tenneberg dates from 1719 and was decorated by the painter Johann Heinrich Ritter. The ceiling fresco shows Duke Friedrich II von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg and his wife riding a chariot in antique attire as Jupiter and Juno, surrounded by Greek-Roman gods.
