Scotland: Isle of Skye - paulsmit
‘The Table.’

On Skye's Trotternish Peninsula the steep escarpment of the Quiraing offers some of the island's most dramatic landscapes. From the top of the ridge you have a nice few of 'The 'Table', a strange grassy platform that was formed as a result of a massive landslide in which part of the escarpment slumped down. To the left Staffin Bay is visible. Photo Mick Palarczyk.
